I wasn't going to write this review but after reading some of the others, I feel I must. I was one of the first to try the Cupcakery when they opened and I raved about them. Not I only rant. After about 6 months of being opened the quality dropped drastically. It has never recovered. I don?t know if it is freezing or if it is the mix. Alot of the top bakeries freeze their cakes for a short period; they stay fresher and are easer to decorate. Something has changed; sadly it shows in what they sell and how they sell. Some of the worse customer service I have ever experienced, in both locations! I miss the days of three partners. Maybe that is it, the quality left with them. ( it's ok, I found another place to satisfy my needs). This is also a very honest review, not a friend or an enemy.
