I had a terrible experience using this repair shop. They kept a part of my TV for over a week, and never called to give me an estimate. In my opinion, the workers were very unprofessional. The man who came to my home yelled at me over the telephone two times and personally insulted me because I asked him to tell me a time frame for when he would come to my home. He took $115 as a diagnostic, but never even told me what was wrong with my TV. I do not recommend this service to anyone.
