I contracted with Dependable Waterproofing in 2005 to waterproof my basement. It now leaks worse than before they worked on it. Despite numerous promises, the Farrington Brothers have done nothing to honor their contract with me or reimburse me for the costs I incurred when they drilled through my water line, leaving me with no water for 4 days.
Pros: For awhile they returned calls after 2-3 weeks.
Cons: Failure to provide service, failure to honor promises. Defrauded me of $4500
