called about inpounded car, the person ans the phone 12pm, was very rude dosen,t no me from adam, any way just wanted to know how to get car out of pound, no help told me to call back when dean gets back , asked when is a good time later, real rude. i,am going to complain to better business , I thought they be glad to get the car out but i think they want to add on storage fees if they delay you getting car out each day adds more money, but he.s rude i,ll call dean hopfully he will be helpful. i,ll keep you posted. more
