Today was the first time I was contacted by this company. The first person was very rude. He lectured me about my wife, about how long the account has been in collections, and did not hear what i was saying. I offered for the company to call me back or i could call them back but he continued to lecture me. People in collections deserve to be treated decent. I would be more willing to work with a collection agency that didn't raise their voices, didn't lecture you, and didn't lie about the account. Today was the first day i spoke with someone from this company and he kept saying that i did hung up on them and they i was unwilling to work something out.
