I go to 22nd street steakhouse at least twice a week, I was turned on to the place by some friends a couple of years ago for a rehersal dinner in there back banquet room. The food was excellent. I had a 9oz filet & you could practically cut it with a fork. They have an incredible wine selection and a really nice variety on there menu from fresh seafood to chicken dishes to awesome porkchops, very thick and moist not dried out like most places I've had them. If your in the mood for a sandwich, you have to try their corn beef, it's awesome. I've seen some reviews saying Nicks is a little overpriced, but I'm not sure what they are comparing it to. If they're comparing it to fastfood or pub food, yes, but for a steakhouse it is comparable to all the chain steakhouses & the quality is much better. They also have a nice 1 man band in the bar area on weekends (not to loud) and very cheap drink specials. Best steakhouse this side of texas !!!
Pros: great food,great service,very affordable
Cons: limited dessert selection
