I went there with my husband on Sat because they had an auction. I regret it big time. We won the bid on a car and we wanted to go take a look at the car. We saw this Indian man named DAL and he starts to yell and scream in our faces and uses bad words and swears at us. We have no idea why was he doing all that. We asked him nicely to talk to us nicely and to stop yelling and screaming. He said "" you are not here to teach me my job, I am an SB and that is my job"" so we decided to go and complain to his boss. His boss was a wonderful person and he asked him to apologize, he lied to my face and said he apologized already and he never used bad words, then he apologized finally because his boss made him. After that his boss took us to complete the car registration and pay. We went there and there was a mean young lady with blond hair and blue eyes. So rude and mean and she kept lecturing us about how we should have read this and read that and how we should have worked harder etc... All that because we asked her about some of the charges that we didn?t understand. I kept telling myself it is ok it will be over with soon. We asked her to repeat something that she said to us because we didn?t hear what she told us and she responded in a very mocking rude way so at that point I was boiling and I told her to stop talking to us that way. Her answer was, I am not yelling. So I told her stop talking to us like we are idiots. We simply had a few questions and that doesn?t make you a lecturer and doesn?t make us criminals. My god what a terrible customer service. We were waiting for another car that we wanted to purchase but we decided to leave and never come back because of this bad customer service. My god it is like a crime to ask someone to repeat something.. what a rude uptight person she was. I will never go back there again and I will never ever recommend that place to anyone.
