After being in a car accident, my car was taken to the united towing lot in Downey, CA. The next day I went to the lot and the punk kid working the desk told me my car was impounded when in fact was not. He didn't even bother looking at any paper work. Finally after receiving my car my ipod classic, tom tom gps, and various chargers were missing from my glove box. The only thing that wasn't missing were my prescription sunglasses. These guys are a joke and extremely rude.
