We drove and hour and a half for our appt. Staff told us ""some man"" called and rescheduled appt. blaming my husband, who didn't even know about the visit. They called my physicians office who scheduled the visit and were rude to them. They also told them I was the only appointment of the day and the dr. was not in. No one called to tell me. They only blamed my husband.
