They don't have standard Optical Office Schedule to get your glasses. So, you are not able to pick-up your glasses when you have the time and you need to adjust to staff convenience hours. Also, the office answering machine said that their hours is from 10 am to 7pm on Thursday, but is not true. Look for a better optical service likes: Pearls Vision, Walmart Optical, Sam?s Optical, Lens Crafters, etc., they service are better than Wise Family Vision Center.
