I had to call 5 times over 3 days to get an estimate on a small piece of glass. They never once called me back and when I called I was put on hold and treated discourteously. They finally came back with an estimate of $75. I immediately drove to SB Glass less than a mile away and got the same piece of glass for under $10 and they were extremely nice and helpful.
