Look around before you decide on this place. It is very flimsy and VERY cold in the winter. They make you turn on all your faucets when it is cold so the pipes don't freeze but even with the dinky wall heater running full blast it is like a walk-in freezer in there. I wanted to move but it will cost me 2 full months rent PLUS $750.00 PLUS $300 to break my lease even though the place is not livable. I am counting the days till I can MOVE OUT. There are lots of places you can walk to KU from that are better than this!
