For everyone else, Mike provided me with such excellent legal service. My business partner was litigating against me for breach of contract to the tune of well over $100K. I was forced with the dilemna of fighting him in court, or just filing bankruptcy and avoid the whole litigation ordeal. When I went to Mike, he gave me a very honest opinion. Mike also practices bankruptcy but he advised that I actually had a good chance of winning the case against my business partner. Mike aggressively fought him in court. We went to trial and won. Then the partner appealed and won the appeal. We went back to court and Mike won the trial on appeal. The attorney was threatening to appeal the case again, but Mike was so cool about it and said to go ahead and litigate against her again, we'll just keep winning. That resulted in them just settling with us. I got most of my attorney fees reimbursed and I was placed pretty much in a better position than I was before the suit. The whole case lasted for over 1 year, and it did not cost me that much after payment of my fees, and I just wrote off the balance of the fees that it cost me. Overall I was very successful in the case. Mike could have easily just talked me into the BK, but he really had my best interests in mind, and he was always right when he advised me. Again, I can't thank him enough. He is a real gentleman and scholar!!!
