Like fine wine, they get better with age. As corny as the expression is, it is very fitting with Eaton at least in terms of my experience as a consumer. I work in an extremely challenging environment, but they have managed to provide better services over time. In my environment, one of the key requirements with interpreting services is consistency to ensure the quality of services. Eaton has only improved in this aspect the longer I've been with them. Eaton is an excellent agency to work with regardless of length of tenure. They do their best to provide the best services for the situation, beyond just mere qualifications. Qualifications alone don't give the full perspective of how great their services are. They work hard to support the individual dynamics of the consumer and frequently go above and beyond the standards expected. Perfect example of this is the timeline for requests. Although it is highly not recommended, but they have done a pretty good job in filling in requests on short notice. In this situation, it's not just a matter of putting a warm body, but still adhering to their usual standards by filling the request with the most capable interpreters for the assignment.
