First visits they give you a "plan of treatment" and make it sound as if your dental health is in dyer need no matter what your past dentists have done or stated. Don't bother asking to speak with the dentist, they leave the room after 2-3 minutes of looking in your mouth. They and leave the assistants to explain everything. They will not do anything the customer wants until their plan of treatment is complete Also, be careful cause most of their plan of treatment is not covered by your dental provider. I should have learned after my wife's experience the same. She changed providers and had no major issues with her plan of treatment> Strange???
Cons: Dentists customer service skills (lacking), Company looking for money.
