To the new eye this place looks great. I WAS a new client. I had my first appointment about 2 weeks ago .
It started out , that i was greeted by this uneducated girl. I am being nice when i say this. She was very nasaly and worked at the front desk. Before i barly got anything out she said, your here for Jenny, i'll let her know. Took my coat and said. "do you want a drink?" Now, these are all good things to do, but it's how she did them. I patiently waited. My appointment was at 2. I was getting Highlights and a cut. The girl at the front desk ( i believe her name started with an M ) then asks out of the blue, "where did you get your purse?" "It's fake isn't it?" WHO ASKS SOMEONE THAT ON A FIRST BASIS!!!!! There was another receptionist there. Darker shoulder length hair that seemed on the ball.... TOO BAD I DIDN'T GET HER.
I then waited until this Jenny came and got me an HOUR LATE! not only was she late, But she acted like the queen of sheba. That she was all hot s*** and it was ok that she was late. I mean it's not like other people have things to do. After talking with her on what i wanted , she then told me, i don't think you'll look good with that. ( I've had my hair that color before and i liked it) I preceeded to have that color. Long story short..... It wasn't the right color came out orngish red, The receptionist was rude and stupid, i waited an hour and it was not all worth 170!! MAY I ADD SHE WAS SOME KIND OF PROFESSIONALL DESIGNER!..
just don't go there , waste of time and money.
Pros: Nice place, well decorated.
Cons: Bad service , stylist, messed up hair and wasted money.
