The owner was very rude !!! I was given a $200.00 gift certificate for a Christmas Present. I asked for a price sheet of services offered the owner bluntly said she did not have one. When I changed my mine of a all over color to a weave she rudely said that I couldn't do that and it would cost more money. Well,... what the heck did I care if it cost more I had 200 dollars to spend. The weave did not come out as planned however, the beaut ion said she be happy to re- do it another date . fine by me.. I want my hair to look nice that is WHY i came in there!!! The owner was very unhappy that her employee offered to fix my hair to my satisfaction with out an additional charge. Ok I'm not stupid I paid for a service once and I want it done correctly! Because of the owners rudeness I asked to get the rest of my gift certificated refunded so I could go to a different salon. the owner said she does not refund on gift certificates and all along i have wanted to get out of the gift certificate contract. Umm ok ladies question... if your boyfriend buys you a gift certificate of $200.00 ... would you not use it? Thats what I thought! I should of know this was not a very repeatable salon.. I called at 9 am and the could book me in that day at any time.. note to self. a good salon will be harder to get an appointment ! Again the owner is very rude and if you wish to be treated with respect by all mean do not go to this salon!!
