Everyone was very nice from the time I walked in. There wasn't a high pressure approach from the staff.
All the questions I had was answered. Weather it was about the car I wanted (such a mpg. or could it accommodate a hitch , plus others) to financing options.
It will also be easy for me to take care of my car, they have a service dept.. I can have my oil and filters changed when ever it's time.
Plus, heaven forbid I might need it , there's even an in-house body shop.
I don't know about other people but it is comforting to know that I can have my new car taken care of in the same place I bought it. They'll come to know me and I them. No shade tree mechanic getting hold of it and using some off the wall parts.

Pros: The satff is very informative and didn't try to sell me more of a vehicle then I needed or out of my price range.
Cons: Compaired to what I was expecting , I can't really think of a con. wearth mentioning.
