recently at Redwood animal hospital. I used to think I was getting excellent service and they really cared about my dog, but recently they seem more interested in the money than the dog. I can't fill my prescriptions online (no reason explained), they also required a visit and I had been there two months previous, and the thing that irks me most is the when you are put on hold you must listen to ads over and over about all that is wrong with your pet and you had better call the vet NOW! \r
I am frightened enough that I will lose my friend soon, I do not need to make it worse by worrying about all the other things that can go wrong. \r
I believe that sometimes education needs to be tempered by common sense, which happens with age and experience. Hopefully in time Redwood will see that the business development gurus only think about the bottom line, not the real pet owners who want to believe that the vet cares as much as we do about our animals.
