Be forewarned!!! My fiance and I have been taking our kittens now cats to the animal hospital for two years now. We have had nothing but positive things to say (5 stars) until now. All was well until last month when we allowed them to board our bengal (an indoor cat). We left him there for a week during vacation, and when we returned he had contracted a URI because of negligence. When we first went to pick him up, the staff told us that he had an "allergy" and that the doctor prescribed him an antihistimene. But I was not buying it, so I looked up symptoms for allergies online (which have nothing to do with sneezing) to prove to myself that it wasn't a URI. It was and we had to take him back for treatment for a URI. I asked myself how a doctor who has been schooled to care for animals could mistake a URI for an allergy. There's no way. So I definitely felt like the staff was negligent and was covering up for their mistake. When we asked for a refund for the boarding, they refused sayin
