I stay at this hotel many times per year due to business travel. The staff is excellent. They pamper you on the conceige level. Rooms are clean, sometimes noisey and they have converted the rooms to non smoking on some floors from smoking rooms, which is a problem for me. Have to ask for a room not on a previously smoking floor. Tony is awesome, always drives me where I need to go. Would highly recommend.
