I went this past August, right before all of the college students went back to school. (It's surrounded by dorms for U of DE students). I liked staying there so much, I was more than willing to pay $150.00 a night. The staff is very welcoming, and for a small price you get a very tasty breakfast made to order in front of you! The rooms are very spacious, King beds with couch, coffee table, and desk/entertainment/closet. It was very quite and very secure, U of DE security patrols the area. The hotel is fairly new, approximately 5 years old, and being right in the middle of a college town, it has remained impressive. I had forgotten a few essentials and the staff had what I needed at no cost within 5min of calling the front desk. My parents live in DE but I loved my stays at the Courtyard-Marriott so much, I'm staying again every time I go back!
