My daughter's car would not start. She is 3 hours away from home. Friends tried to jump the battery without any luck. I googled information on line and saw Pep Boys. I called them and asked if they would mind trying to jump it for her. If no luck, tow it to PEP Boys. I gave them her cell phone number. Within 30 minutes, my daughter was on her way home! I had my daughter put their number in her cell phone for any other car trouble. I will also suggest them to her Resident Assistant for any other stranded student. Quick Courteous and Got the job done!
