I have been going to this store for years. The Service folks have always been helpful, and Steve and Gaby are always nice to deal with. I ordered some parts from the parts department and everything went wrong. Someone was supposed to call me when the parts came in in "2 days". I called after 3 days and was told the parts arrived and as soon as they were unpacked (found) I would get a call. No one called so I called the next day and was told that they couldn't find them. They would call the person who signed for them and find out what happened. NO RETURN CALL. I called again and guess what? Now it was the fault of UPS because they must not have actually delivered the parts. Eventually, a week later, the parts showed up but again I had to call. When I picked them up I asked to see the Store Manager. I explained what had gone on for week and his response was "So what do you want me to do". He blew me off, not even lookin at me while I spoketo him. I told him that the least basic thing was
