I wasn't in their store to make a purhase, that's why I was very impressed with two Walgreen's employees. I was attempting to return DVDs to the movie box, this one was a "red box", and the wrong box to be returning MY dvds to. I had no idea there were more boxes out there. The box my movies were from was called "moviecube" I only had redbox on my mind, as this is the only box I've ever been familiar with. It didn't make any difference to the girl at the photo center or the young man that came walking up the aisle from the back of the store, they both immediately showed their concern and made every effort to resolve my dilemma. I felt like a total numbskull not noticing my movies were from a different box, which they made no comment about, when I told them the movie was stuck in the machine. It attempted to reject it but the movie could not fit back through the opening it takes it in to.
