We have used Alfa Insurance for nearly 20 years. I highly recommend Alfa Insurance but not the Pinson office. We had a home in Remlap that got broken into 2 years in a row just a few weeks before Christmas. The first time all my jewelry and a few items were taken. The second time they stole most of our Christmas gifts. The first year the claim was smooth, the second year the claim went smoothly. A few months later we moved and when we inquired about insurance on another home the agent said he did not know if we could get the deductible we had because of the other two claims. I told him I did not see how that should be a problem because we did nothing wrong. I left angry and he called back saying that there was no problem with that deductible. I switched all of our business to Oneonta who said there should not have been a problem at all.
