This was the first time for my husband and I to go canoeing. We had been invited by our wonderful friends. We are both in our 50's and wondered if we could handle the 7.5 mile trip. Not only were we able to handle it but we had a great time. We were very sore by the end of the trip, but we were laughing.The springs are beautiful and a great way to refresh yourself on a hot summer day. I can not remember the last time that we had laughed so hard and so much at each others canoeing talents, even when we dumped the canoe over. We had taken a cooler with our lunch and stoped along the way at one of the springs to swim and relaxed.The cost of the days adventure was a great bargain. We felt that we had gotten our monies worth of fun and education on an area that we were not familiar. The only suggestion that we had was that we would have loved to have had a map of the creek and a little brochure with the history of the creek to read along the way.We would highly recommend this adventure to e
