After reading both good and bad reviews here, I was hesitant on bringing my 07 Infiniti G35 to Brian for Huper Optik Ceramic Tint, but his shop was the only I could find that offered it. I went up with a friend who brought his G35 as well and before Brian started the job, I discussed my concerns and what I had read here.\r
He walked me through his entire operation. He introduced me to his team, showed me around the shop and I got to see exactly what was going to be done to my car. Once I felt completely comfortable, he showed me past the TV room and into his private office so I could sit with my laptop and work while my car was being tinted.\r
His hospitality and professionalism was top notch and the job was done perfect.\r

I have an slight obsession with my car and it takes a job being done absolutely to perfection in order for me to be pleased. Brian and his crew did not disappoint me at all.\r
Also note, took a debit card payment from me, but explained that he also accepted cash, checks and credit cards.\r

Perfect job, great people, and I would't hesitate on going back or sending friends and family to his shop.
Pros: Treated like royalty and the job was done to perfection
Cons: no appointments taken, but wasn't an issue on the day I went
