As an ex-employee, I left for ethical reasons (due to health code violations that I personally witnessed multiple times). I have worked for many restaurants for several years and have never seen such disgusting practices that management almost encourages employees to overlook. For example: general manager licking his fingers in the kitchen and not washing his hands , cooks dropping spatulas and re-using them without washing, and cooks correcting the wrong cheese on a burger by scrubbing it off under the tap water from a kitchen sink with their hands. The list goes on... be forewarned. As an employee I did not even eat at this restaurant. Trust me I am not a disgruntled employee, I left for these ethical reasons only!
