My first time to this place and I'm never going back; no one can pay me enough to eat here again.\r \r I am one of those people who value good customer service. I walked in & wanted a take out-order. The lady at the door pointed to the other side of the room and told me thats where the take out was. I walked to the other side of the room and stood by the register. I stood there for 7 minutes and no one even looked at me, leave alone acknowledge my presence with the usual ""we will be with you shortly"". Several servers came by the registers & checked out other orders but none of them said anything. I finally decided to ask if I was standing at the right place and one of the servers (Paul) retorted back at me; ""m'am you need to be patient"". All I asked was if I was standing at the right place and thats the response I got. I asked for the manager & saw him roll his eyes when he was told someone wanted to talk to him.\r \r Come on! The food at this place was not special! It was a regular burger, fries, & lots of ketchup. I could have gotten a better deal somewhere else and most likely better service. This franchise needs to know the power of 'differentiation' and mostly GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. With that said, I am not going back to Johnny Rockets, especially to this particular one. \r \r If you are ever in Denver Colorado downtown and you care about service, avoid this place! more
