I chose my family to go there, because it was close and my neighbor recommended him. The office is very neat and orderly, LED lights everywhere, computer monitors on the wall so you can see what's going on in your mouth, Dr. Monroe was nice but he seemed to forget that he had already worked on my mouth a few times--which is fine, because he has a large clientele. The wait in between the doctor appoinment and the hygenist took forever, and the hygenist who worked on my teeth was so rude. She had no bedside manner and acted as if I was interfering with her busy schedule. After my visit, we got our first sales call from his staff, then a couple days later, another follow up sales call, and then a few days later...\r
I called them and told them to stop calling, but guess what, a few days later...\r
It has gotten so bad that when we moved we have asked not ot put a new phone in, because we don't want to hear all the calls....
