I had a little difficulty finding what I needed, the clerk saw I was still searching and assisted in the search. We soon discovered that the item was out of stock. The clerk provided the number to another nearby store. I called and found the item was out of stock there also. They found a suitable substitute that was comparable to the item I needed. They cheerfully proceeded to ring me out and wished me a good day.
