The "world famous onion rings" were practically flavorless. I don't think they even seasoned the batter. I've had much better catfish in other places, the catfish at Mike's was slimy and swampy. I was very disappointed after hearing so many great things about the place. The outdoor atmosphere that everyone seems to love just didn't do it for me. It was like eating in a gravel parking lot full of flies and bees with children running rampant everywhere.
