These guys are the ones to avoid in this area!. They set an appointment and were 30 minutes late, the tech they sent barely knew anything; would not know how to set the heater, test for gas flow, etc. Their rates are quite high, specially given the type of service you get and they will charge you just to give you an estimate!....and yes they will charge for the full hour even if they stay around for 20 minutes, just to give you the estimate.
