I would not recommend using Pets and Vets. We recently had our dog spayed there and were very disappointed for a couple of reasons. The first issue was a phone call we received on our answering machine while the surgery was in process. They wanted to know if we wanted an additional procedure preformed that was recommended for our breed of dog and said we needed to let them know within 20 minutes. (The appointment to have the dog spayed had been made many weeks before-hand and we would have appreciated the time to research and carefully consider the decision in advance of the surgery.) Secondly, the price turned out to be almost twice as high as we were quoted. I guess they were honest about the price of the spay, but our bill included 25 line items (including things such as anesthesia, catheter, surgical staples, etc) that made the price significantly higher.
