I went to the Cherry Pit in Vacaville, CA because they were very friendly over the phone. Upon service we noticed that certain items that were promised to be checked were left untouched. When we went back inside to ask if the service could be redone the lady at the front desk was quite rude and proceeded to get an attutude. The pit man that had been working in th pit while my truck was being serviced was now no where to be found leaving your hood man to complete all services that were promised and required. When going back in to speak with the front desk lady about the bill we noticed that the lube points were not changed and still stated sealed. so we asked to have that changed a second time. That is when she through a tissy fit and asked my boyfriend not to yell at her which he was clearly not yelling. I'm not sure if customer service is something that you would like your business to be known for, but with that lady at the front desk no
