I had a 3pm appointment for my 6 week old puppy. I stood at the front counter for a good 8-9 minutes waiting for someone to come up to the front counter to assist me. 4 different employees walked by me and made eye contact with me so I know for a fact that they saw me standing there and not a single one even acknowledged my presence! It would have been nice to have had someone say something like "someone will be right with you" or "I will be with you in just a moment". But no, they just looked at me and then looked away and kept walking. It was me that had to say loudly "Excuse me, I have a 3 O'clock appointment, could you please come give me the paperwork that I need to get started on"\r

Once i was finally given the paperwork to fill out, I had to wait another 45 minutes before I was taken into a room. 25 minutes into me waiting for the room, I asked the girl at the front counter how much longer it might be. She is horribly vague and refuses to give any form of a definitive answe
