Would not recommend Copperfield. The doctor often rushes you out the door after attending to you for only 10 minutes!\r
I had a whole list of questions, and before I could even complete my questions, the doctor was already opening the door to signal the end of conversation!! How rude!!\r

And he doesnt tell me what to expect( especially since it's my first pregnancy) until I ask him questions, and even then, he rushes ALL the time. Definitely seems like he doesnt care at all, and just wants you out of his office. I cant believe I have to pay ~ $150 per visit for 10 min of his time!!! Super disappointing!\r

One other thing- I dont have insurance so I pay out of my pockets- they never advise or tell you how much it costs eg extra procedures until you get the bill and get the shock of your life!! When you call them and ask why you were not informed, they rudely tell you that they will give you an itemized bill...and doesnt even provide an explanation on why they didnt inform you earlier!!\r

Totally unprofessional. And one time, I was at the Concord location, the nurses (FOUR of them) were busy chatting away with the customer (or friend) for such a long time when there were TWO other patients on the queue who have been waiting for a good 10-15 minutes!! Cant one of the FOUR nurses attend to the next patient? Definitely poor service.\r

It's no wonder medical service in US is one of the most expensive but worst in the world
Pros: Cant find anything that is worth talking about it
Cons: horrible 'customer' service, and doctor rushes you out of office
