I agree with both of the reviews I have seen to date. Yes, the doctors and medical/expert staff (eg the eyeglass repair ""dude"") are all very good at what they do, and will give you outstanding service. And Yes, the receptionists are completely incompetent, inefficient, and S-L-O-W to the point of painfulness. I find it most contradictory that you can have such wonderful doctors but such dimwith front desk people, but I find this is becoming more the norm than the exception, and Plaza Lane is in good company in that respect.\r

But, I will say one thing most adamantly: if you injure your eye (ie, cut or scrape it) you will get no better care anywhere than at Plaza Lane. They can and will do minor, superficial surgery on your eye (with numbing stuff applied) and it is such a relief (even though it sounds gross!).\r
