Tried to schedule a repair for a stove. I explained I bought an ignitor and it didn't work. They put me on hold, came back a few minutes later and told me to call the place I bought it. I tried to explain that I don't care about the ignitor, the place I bought from doesn't do service, only parts, I was headed out of town, and a tenant was moving in. I just needed service scheduled. He kept interrupting me and then hung up. When I called back he actually laughed at me and hung up.
