When I asked for a Caramel Macchiato, the server suggested the iced one. Though I usually order it hot, I went with the suggestion. The drink looked strange, milk on the bottom with caramel on the top.... so much so that when I took off the lid, caramel was all stuck to the top. Thinking that they were just too lazy to stir the drink or shake it up, as it should be mixed together, I went back up to the counter to ask for a spoon. When I went back to the table, I fought off a fly and noticed that there were a few buzzing around the restaurant....(may I suggest fly strips hung up by the back door???). I was so turned off that I wanted to leave. The jazz music even sounded annoying, (and I play jazz music!!!). I went to open up the spoon, and it shattered everywhere, so I went to ask for another spoon, but when I saw the wooden coffee stirs I told the server I would go with those instead of risking another spoon breaking when opening the pack. Not at any time did the server ask me how I liked the product he suggested, as I was given the wrong drink, the Caramel Latte, not an iced Caramel Macchiato. No wonder it tasted like it had hardly and resemblance of coffee flavor!
Pros: Close to downtown and other restaurants
Cons: Poor service and issues with flies on sticky tables
