I honestly say that this has been one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. My condensor fan motor went out late on a Friday, of course I had the only fan in pinellas county with a different shaft size than the normal units. The fan motor was very expensive, the owner called me personally to let me know the cost and that he would give me his price on the fan motor as he felt bad charging anyone that price, of course I had to check out his story and he did indeed charge me his price for this motor he also sent his tech out on a Saturday to finish the repair at no extra charge. I have to say this has and will be only AC company I will ever call again and have recomended Bayside to several friends that now feel the same as I do. I find great service hard to come by these days so I had to share in case someone else would like to have a good experience for a change.
