I went to pick up my already-paid-for drycleaning last night. After being blatantly ignored by Jessica, the manager, I asked if she was going to be much longer. The owner's daughter, yes, Jessica (the manager), immediately replied with an extremely curt, ""Are you?"" And then she proceeded to almost yell at me, being borderline hostile, explaining that she has been told by her mother (the owner) that she doesn't have to help people when they are talking on their cell phones. My response to this is two-fold: one, fine, so I get off my phone (like I did) and you grow up and help me, or two, you become part of an illegal activity by holding on to items you have no legal right to keep strictly because of a personal preference.
Cons: An owner who allows her young, obviously uneducated and extremely unpolished or professional daughter to run her business.
