Ecclectic Salon staff is friendly & focused on providing cutting edge service w/cuts & color.
Staff usually keeps their schedule on time & are flexible with schedule. The front desk staff are efficient & super personable. Color processing is a value. Hair stylists keep up w/training & new techniques & styles. They offer frank advise for each customer based on needs/wants, effort willing to put into style, skin tone, etc. Salon offers a variety of products to use and the stylists offer recommendations that are not hard/evasive selling. Return/exchange policy is fair & reasonable. I haven't tried a product yet that hasn't proved useful. Though a small salon it never smells of harsh chemicals. They have a terrific policy about children in the salon. This helps clients be able to enjoy their time in the salon & the staff can be focused on the client.\r

The only issue is not all stylists sweep up after each client, sometimes work stations & selling stands are dusty.
