Max is one of the most knowledgeable personal trainers I've worked with; he can not only give you a great, fun, hard, workout, but give you a specific deep-tissue massage and tell you just about anything you ever wanted to know about nutrition. With all of his certifications and education in his background, I'm not worried that I'm injuring myself during the workouts, and even if I'm sore somewhere, he can do bodywork to fix me!
