I bought a gas insert and installation from this establishment about a year ago. Despite repeated attempts to get the company to respond they have yet to finish the job. It's a shame this company carries the high quality products they do because their quality of service and install simply isn't on par. It like ordering and paying for a stake from Ruth's Chris and getting McDonalds service. If you are in the market for a pellet stove, gas insert, spa, ect. Take your business else where, this company clearly doesn't care about performing a job they where paid for.
