Horrible customer service 9/29/2008

Customer service personnel rarely addresses your concerns. You may have to call on numerous occasions (may I mention you may have to leave a message and may not speak to a live person) before anything gets done. It seems that the management fees are mainly for their payroll rather than maintaining the properties. Companies like this should not be in existence! Cons: Too much of customer talking with little action on Horizon's part. Not recommeneded to anyone! more
