I will never buy the extended warranty on anything that I buy from Sears if I every buy from them again. Becasue the part and repair I need on my 62"" tv is under warranty they keep changing the service date. I have been with out my TV for 3 weeks they gave me a service dated for Friday 9/12/08 between 8 & 5 when I called around 1:00 to get status they said there was no record of the order bt they could come Monday 9/15/08 between 8 & 5 again when we called today get status of when we could expect them we were told again that there was no record of a servic order and that they could not come until 9/30/08, Well with that my husband lost it and told them what they could do with their TV and that we will never deal with Sears ever again. All of a sudden they said they could come tomorrow 9/16/08 between 8 & 5. If I call tomorrow and they change i again, I will be at Sears with my broken TV and demand a refund or a replacement TV.
