My husband and I went to dinner at Bravo on three different occasions. The first time we loved it. He had the lobster bisque and lasagna, I had a chopped salad and spaghettini and meatballs - all delicious. We decided it was our new favorite Italian place. Until the second visit... I wanted to try the Italian wedding soup. I was told they were all out. The server then corrected herself and was able to serve the soup to me. It was lukewarm and seemed to have come out of the microwave. The Spaghettini bolognese was forgettable at best. Finally our last visit - the final strike! My husband had two dishes that featured seafood and they had no problem serving those. I wanted the spaghettini and meatballs and was told they were all out of meatballs. I was offered the bolognese which I turned down. Apparently they had enough beef for the bolognese sauce, but not enough to fashion into meatballs. In the heart of the midwest Bravo has plenty of oceanic seafood, but no beef! Then, after waiting 15 minutes for the bottle of wine we ordered (a Mondavi - NOT rare at all), we were told they didn't have it. A manager meandered around our neighboring tables but avoided us like the plague knowing half of what we ordered was not served to us. There were no apologies for the bad service or lack of menu items. \r

We will NEVER return again.
Pros: Bread and olive oil
Cons: Menu items are not available; don't value customers
