I bought a pet carrier for my dog. Paid $40 (backpack style, with a pull-out handle and wheels). The thing just FELL APART after two uses (zipper won't close, frame broke, side mesh in tattters etc); obviously shoddy manufacturing of the worst kind.\r

The store would not take it back. The offered me the phone # from the manufacturer. Like that's going to help.\r

If you need pet food, this store will do you as well as any I suppose, but if you need a store for what one needs a store (e.g., being able to return a defective item) just buy online or at a large chain store with a proper return policy.\r
Cons: inventory stocked with sub-standard items
